I teach Hatha and Kundalini styles of yoga. Hatha Yoga is the style of yoga most familiar to all, including gentle to advance asanas (postures) connected to breath to increase not just flexibility and strength but to also create a sense of peace and well being.
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness that emphasizes movement, breath, meditation, mudra and mantra to provide balance of our nervous and endocrine systems that regulate many things in our bodies including mood and perception. Kundalini Yoga works fast and has transformed my life in a very short time. It is an ancient scientific technology brought to the West in 1968 by a man known as Yogi Bhajan.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that invokes the relaxation response, reduces pain, anxiety and improves the immune system and accelerates healing.
